Amber alert canceled for missing child - WSFX - FOX Wilmington, NC

(WECT) -The amber alert issued by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office for 4-year-old Cayley Rose Owens has been canceled.

The alert was initially issued Thursday afternoon; however, she was found.

She is a white female, approximately 3 ft. tall. She weights about 36 pounds and has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt with x's and hearts, blue jeans and no shoes.

There is one alleged abductor by the name of Calem Scott Owens. He is a white male weighing about 170 pounds. He is wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

The vehicle is a white 1993 GMC pickup with NC license tag number ALW7159. The truck has a white body and a black hood.
