BLADEN COUNTY -- Some people say, "crime doesn't pay." But if that's true, then the people you're about to read about would be broke.
Ask any judge, any attorney, or any police officer and they will tell you the prison system is a revolving door.
Just as soon as some inmates get out of jail, they find a way to get right back in.
It's not that hard, spend a little time in the courts and you'll see the records.
Wilmington's Joey Preston has been arrested 20 times, his most frequent offense is stealing.
Pender County's Kelle Devaney Hix has been arrested 24 times. She is known for writing bad checks.
WSFX found the most prolific criminals in Bladen County. Bobby Charles Robinson has been behind bars 84 times. He got in trouble with the law over drugs, bad checks, and now showing up for court.
Amazingly though, he doesn't have the highest record.
Our research showed that Ginger Harrelson Sessoms has been arrested 91 times, and is well known with Bladen County officials.
"Some folks just ain't going to behave," said Sheriff Steve Bunn.
The Sheriff said Sessoms is out free, and we decided to track her down.
The 38-year-old was not at home when we checked there, but we were able to get her family on the phone.
Sessoms agreed to an interview, where we wanted to ask her about her 91 arrests, in addition to the 400 times her name shows up on the 911 blodder.
But, she never showed up to that interview.
Later on the phone, Sessoms said she had a good excuse for not showing up. She was back in jail, trying to bail out her boyfriend.
